Hey guys,

So...what started out as some leisurely jogs round the block has now turned into a 5k run for charity - dressed as a big fat santa!!  And as you can see I've already sacrificed some of my dignity for this good cause :)

I am taking part in the 5k Santa Run in Greenwich Park on Sunday 6th December and I am hoping to raise over £200 for the Pancreatic Cancer UK Charity. 

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most life threatening cancers with only 2-3% of people diagnosed survivng past 5 years.  Recently a close friend's dad died of the disease.  He was unexpectedly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 3 months he had died.  This was heartbreaking for the family and terrible as it happened so suddenly and out of the blue.  If just some of the money raised goes a bit towards helping find a cure or to support the families involved then that would be amazing.

So...get those credit cards out and give a little bit to help this cause.
