<p><em><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Thank you to everyone who helped me reach my original target of &pound;2,800...I have now set a new target of &pound;5000 as every penny can make a difference. </strong></span></em></p> <p>Cancer is something which can happen to ordinary people, there's no way of knowing who may get it or why they do. But through Cancer these people become extraordinary. The courage and strength which I have seen people find through such difficult times is admirable and for me a real inspiration.</p> <p>Therefore on the 11th February 2012 I will be embarking on a very challenging cycle through Kenya to raise money and support the work of these three charities: Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action.</p> <p>I will be joining an all female team, cycling<span class="style8"> 400kms over five days from the slopes of majestic Mount Kenya to the shores of magnificent Lake Victoria. </span></p> <p>My aim is to raise a minimum of &pound;2,800 to support the work of Women V Cancer and I'm asking you to help me reach this target and potentially help save lives.
