A normal shift at work resulted in me volunteering to take part in Zizzi mudder in aid of Cancer Research UK.

I'm not quite sure why or how I volunteered to do exercise but it is most definitely worth it for such an important charity.

Unfortunately cancer has somehow affected someone we know and love. So cancer research is held close to many people's hearts.

For all of you that know me, you'll know just how lazy I can be and how much I love to eat, so yes this will be a struggle for me but it's so worth it!!
