Hey everyone! So on October the 2nd I'll be running my first half marathon in Cardiff, and I'm going to run it in aid of raising funds for an amazing charity called '#TeamIrfon - Awyr Las'. I chose this specific team and charity due to the fact the courageous man who set it up is the dad of one of my good friends, and is a fantastic advocate for cancer patients. The money raised for this charity will go to the Alaw Unit in North Wales, which is where Irfon, and many others receive not only treatment for cancer, but counselling and therapy sessions to help patients come to terms with the diagnosis of living with cancer. The new development of the unit is completely dependent on donations, so any donations will be appreciated, or even a share to just raise awareness. Thank you ♥️
