<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Well, somehow I have managed to get a place in the ballot for the London marathon, at the first time of asking,&nbsp;and will be attempting to run 26 miles in April!</p> <p>I would greatly appreciate any donations/sponsorship towards my chosen charity which is the Marina Dalglish Appeal.</p> <p>This charity was set up by Marina and Kenny Dalglish to support patients with all forms of cancer in the Liverpool area. Through hard work, continued support and generous contributions, a Centre for Oncology, and a state of the art Radiotherapy Centre have been opened at Aintree hospital, Liverpool.</p> <p>This charity is important to me as it is local to my hometown of Liverpool, and has played a significant part in providing care to cancer patients in Liverpool. However, more importantly, my mother visited the&nbsp;Marina Dalglish&nbsp;centre as an outpatient when she was recovering from breast cancer, and was looked after fantastically. My mother&nbsp;still visits the centre on an annual basis, and I am keen to&nbsp;support this charity so&nbsp;it can continue to achieve it's goals and make a difference to people's lives.</p> <p>So please please support me, and help contribute to this fantastic charity!</p> <p>Thank you,</p> <p>Hannah x x</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
