This years C Hoare & Co Charity Challenge is a tough 26 mile near marathon trail walk along the South Downs way between Falmer and Eastbourne.  The South Downs are an undulating range of chalk hills which flow through a mix of open farmland, hedgerows and exposed ridges before finally reaching the spectacular chalk cliffs at Cuckmere, the infamous Seven Sisters and Beachy Head.
