<p>So anybody who knows me and Jemma knows that we are the two people who are least likely to run the 10k.... neither of us can run and we are pretty much a disaster wherever we go! If any of you have seen us out on our practice runs you will know that we are a big ball of radiating redness and unable to run in a straight line......... so support us in proving to you all that we are capable of doing something worthwhile, plus this may actually cause one of us to die (most likely me) so pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee support us so that our pain is worth it!</p> <p>We are doing it in aid of the Southmead Project which is a brilliant cause - it's dedicated to to tackling reoccurring problematic drug/alcohol misuse and other ways of self-harming by addressing correlated causal factors such as historic trauma.
