I am running the marathon this year in memory of my Nan, and to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK.

Sadly I lost my nan to Alzheimer's last year. Unfortunately currently there are no remedies/ cures for this devastating disease. Alzheimer's Research UK are aiming to find this cure and every penny raised from this marathon will go to this charity to help fund pioneering research into finding a cure for Alzheimers and other forms of Dementia.

Any donation no matter how big or small will be hugely appreciated.
