On July 18th I'm jumping 12,000ft out of an aircraft in Swansea. Freefalling at 120mph to raise vital cash for cancer charity Tenovus.

Any amount will be FAB! Here's how it'll help:

• £2 will enable 5 cancer patients to speak to someone on a free cancer support helpline

• £5 will enable a Tenovus counsellor to call a cancer patient to talk about how they are feeling

• £10 will enable 20 patients to gain information that will help them cope better with their diagnosis; understand their treatment and help their family and friends support them.

• £25 means that a cancer patient can spend time with a Tenovus counsellor on a mobile support unit.

• £100 give a cancer patient access to a chemotherapy unit rather than enduring costly and a sometimes stressful journey to hospital.

• £150 will enable Tenovus to offer a grant to purchase a specialist swimming costume for women who have had a double mastectomy giving them the confidence to continue to enjoy swimming.
