Instead of just rushing down the stairs to the sandwich man together, we decided it was about time that we did something healthy and active together as a team from the office!

We decided to plump for the British 10k, so come the 14th July we'll all be sporting our green and purple running vests (modelled in the photo) and doing our bit for Samaritans.

Samaritans are always here, round the clock, every single day of the year so please do dig deep and sponsor us, enabling the charity to answer just over 5 million calls every year.
