So, next Thursday I'm doing a charity tandem bike ride.

It'll be a 40K ride. From Hereford to Ross on Wye and back to be specific.

 

For those of you who know me, you'll know I'm not a big cyclist. Or exerciser full stop. So this is sure to be a bit of a challenge.

Any donations will help me to push through as I'm gasping, cursing, losing consciousness etc.

It's for a very worthy cause so any donations would be massively appreciated.
