The Helitech International show team have chosen London's Air Ambulance as their official charity for this year's event. So, along with the rest of the team, I will be taking part in the Bupa 10,000 to raise support and funds for this brilliant charity. 

Following a visit to their base at the Royal London Hospital in January, we came away truly inspired and in awe of the amazing work that they do. London's Air Ambulance truly is a life saving charity and you never know when you might need their help.
