Next weekend I will be cycling alongside 100 other wonderful human beings from London to Paris. We are all riding in honour of the superwomen, Tina Trafford, who very sadly passed away after suffering a devastating stroke last summer. 

Strokes can happen to anyone at any age, no matter how fit and healthy they are and we would like to raise awareness of this. In memory of Tina and in aid of Stroke Association we are collectively hoping to raise £100,000. 

All pennies hugely appreciated.
