On 9th September 2012 I will be running a half marathon through the Forest of Dean between Symonds Yat and Monmouth for Alzheimer's Society. I am no runner or fitness-freak, infact to date I cannot claim to have run for anything other than a bus...and I probably missed that! So please give whatever you can to this awesome charity who help some of the 800,000 sufferers of dementia in the UK.
