Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm want to promote the importance of exercise in improving mental wellbeing, but from the point of view where I know it helps - (I've read the research, know the science) yet still find it so hard to actually make it a habit!
Apparently soundly something for 21 days creates a habit so let's see! If I can raise money and awareness iarvthe same time? Well that's amazing!
