Story
Over 10 years ago my father was diagnosed with MS, he has spent the last month laid up in hospital and is currently unable to get the home care package he needs to get back to some sort of normality. Feeling totally helpless I'm doing the only thing I can, I'm donning my trainers again this time to run Brighton Marathon to raise money for the Chiltern MS Centre. My Dad visits the centre once a week for physiotherapy (when he is physically able) and also sits on the managment committee, however has not been able to attend since his recent stint in hospital.
Please dig deep and give what you can, it would mean so much to me, my Dad, the Chiltern MS Centre, and to others with this debilitating neurological condition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. X
Our mission at the Chilterns MS Centre is very simple: We engender a sociable atmosphere and offer an opportunity for people with multiple sclerosis to help themselves.
