<p>Joanna and I are setting off in early September&nbsp;to&nbsp;trek for 4 days along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.&nbsp; We could just get the train up or the bus but we thought we'd take on this challenge (made worse by altitude sickness and traveller's diarrhoea no doubt!).&nbsp; One of peaks we climb is 14,000ft, which is almost 4 times the height of Ben Nevis!
