On May 6th 2013, Vince and I shall be doing the Thames Turbo Sprint Triathlon around Hampton (426m Swim, 21.5k Cycle and 5k Run - http://raceseries.thamesturbo.com/our-races/sprint-race-series/). We are officially getting serious now i.e I have been on an actual bike and vince has finally signed up!

We are raising money for the Stagecoach Charitable Trust - Interact. Check out this video to see the work that they do in enabling children and young children to acess the theatre arts.
