<p>Hey everybody,</p> <p>The time has come for me and Owen to work off that Christmas turkey and mum thought, why not do it for a good cause? Therefore she has convinced us to take up the challenge of the Silverstone Half Marathon for the charity that she works for: AVUK. This will involve us running (much to my horror) not one, not two, but three mighty laps of the racetrack on March 11 2012.
