In May 2017 we are cycling around 185 miles from London to Paris over 3 days to raise money for Stroke Association and in memory of Tina Trafford who sadly passed away after suffering from a stroke last year.

Strokes can affect anyone no matter how fit and healthy.  In the UK alone they are the third largest cause of death and in England around 110,000 people suffer a stroke each year.

Stroke association is the UK's leading stroke charity and with your donation they can work towards conquering stroke.

Any donations will be very gratefully received and will go towards helping all those affected by strokes.
