Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Harrow Police will be entering a 100 strong team to take part in this very special relay.
From the elite marathon runners amongst us, Borough Commander Dal Babu and Chief Inspecter Russell Hughes to our youngest, 2 year old Cameron son of Safer Neighbourhood PC Rhian Millington the team is proud to take part in this community event in support of Cancer Research UK.
How fitting that in Olympic Year this charity event takes place at a local sports centre named after one of Britain's most famous track athletes!
We will also be holding a 'drop-in surgery' and crime prevention stand during the event, feel free to drop by and meet some of your local officers in various stages of exhaustion!
The event is being held at the Roger Bannister Sport Stadium, Uxbridge Road, Harrow. The day begins around midday with the relay starting at 1pm. It will go on throughout the night until 10am on Sunday morning.
Please donate generously or come along on the day and say hello. There will be various family activities including live music, food and drink.
