On Sunday 25 April I will be running the London Marathon to raise money for the World Society for the Protection of Animals. http://www.wspa-international.org/

The marathon is 26 gruelling miles (or 42 km) across good old town. I’ve been training hard for months in a variety of situations. You can see some of my training photographs on this page, which I’ll be updating regularly.

Now a bit of info about who I’m running for…

For more than 25 years WSPA has been working to eradicate animal cruelty and end animal suffering around the world.

They work with over 1,000 organisations in 156 different countries on projects as diverse as orphaned orang-utans in Borneo, bear bile farms in , working horses and donkeys in the Middle East, dancing bears in and rabies control .

WSPA also runs international campaigns against bullfighting, fur farms, whaling and live animal transport.

They are currently coordinating a massive relief effort in , working side by side with humanitarian organisations providing vital veterinary care a support to the animals and communities affected by the earthquake.

This is a cause I care passionately about. Whether you a sponsoring me because you know me or because you want to support the work WSPA does, please give as much as you can. Every penny I raise really makes a massive difference.

Please pass this page on to as many people as you can and thank you so much for sponsoring me. I won’t let you down.

Thank you again

Harry
