A colleague of mine has been diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer and given as little as two years to live. I am delighted to say that he has to date defied his earliest prognosis and is still running ultramarathons, inspiring others to enjoy life to the full whilst raising funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
