I'm raising money Royal Derby Children's Ward (24000), its a very good cause and I'm foolishly running 10k with no experience and a poorly ankle! 

Once I've tried few training runs, the full scale of my error will no doubt become clearer so I'll provide updates of my anxiety levels as we approach the event.
