I'm sure some of you will be aware, a life long friend was diagnosed with Cancer and is currently battling it for the second time in under a year!! This has really affected not only himself and his family but a huge group of his friends. In an odd way he's supported us all through the entire illness and has remained strong, rarely losing his sense of humour and lack of regard for what's appropriate throughout the past year. By no means is this end of this brief chapter in his life but he has a strong group of friends that are there to support him if ever he was to need it. Some people don't have the psychological strength to keep fighting each day, remaining positive as he does and for them there's support systems put in place, so this is why I (with Philpott's searching abilities) have decided to raise money for UCare.
