Scotland has high aspirations for our young people in care. We want to bring them opportunities and highlight that, given an equal chance, young people in care can fulfil truly life-changing ambitions. Scotland&rsquo;s drive to celebrate success and recognise achievement. Each year we provide the funds for young people in care to become a part of the prestigious university&rsquo;s international summer school. But it&rsquo;s the young people themselves who do the hard work of applying for the fiercely-contested places.
