LUUWHC Challenges for Champions is one of our newly found schemes which sees our members conquering rigorous challenges all in aid of charity!

Yorkshire Three Peaks is one of these challenges. With the collaboration of Leeds RAG,  a group of 60 hockey girls and boys, and RAG members will be tackling 24.5 miles up Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough all in under 12 hours. 

We are raising money in aid of SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) Action, who raise awareness and money for epilepsy research and aim to prevent epilepsy-related deaths. The charity is very close to the club's heart, after Emily 'Sumo' Sumaria, a member of LUUWHC, sadly passed away two years ago due to epilepsy.

Any donation, however big or small, will be massively appreciated.
