I'll be cycling 75 miles from London to Brighton, off-road in aid of The British Heart Foundation on the 22nd September.

Having taken part in the "standard" L2B bike ride for the previous two years, I thought that the off-road version might be just the challenge I need...

I'm fortunate enough to not have been directly effected by heart disease, but I know the British Heart Foundation save lives every day, and anything I can do to help their work is a worthy cause in my book.
