As most of you are aware I have finally decided to hang up my rugby boots (several doctor's orders and mother's also have led to this decision) and upon doing so I have decided to take up an opportunity through work to support our charity partner in McMillan Cancer in the daunting challenge of rowing Lake Windermere!!

 

As you can imagine it is not a small lake and we will be covering 21 miles in crews of 4 per boat. The row is planned to take approx. 6-7 hours depending on weather (pray for little to no head wind!!!)

 

Therefore as you can see from the top of my page we have set ourselves a target to reach in order to be able to take part in this amazing challenge!

 

If you could spare a small amount to such a worth course or just to see the photos of me suffering come the end then I would be truly grateful
