For anyone who doesnt already know the story about our beautiful baby isaac i am going to tell you.Isaac was born 15 weeks early at north tees hospital,he weighed 1lb 12oz and was the smallest little person i have ever seen in my life.Isaac is our little miracle and has fought against the odds.he was ventilated straight after he was born and was in intensive care for the next 8 weeks, after 2weeks of fighting for his life he got a perforation to his bowel,he was transfered to the rvi in newcastle where he had his 1st operation, this was a success but unfortunately issac still had a big fight on his hands,he became very ill with another bowel related problem called nec.the cause of this can be down to feeding a baby that is so little, after along few days isaac was on the mend, just when we thought things were looking up for isaac we were then informed isaac needed to undergo yet another operation, this time on his heart,we were transfered to the freeman hospital for this and amazingly isaac came round from this brilliantly.on september 3rd isaac was transfered back to our home town york to grow and get prepared for coming home.october 15th was the date we thought would never come, after such a heart wrenching time we finally left york hospital with our precious little bundle weighing 5ib 3oz.we are forever grateful for the fantastic care we recieved from the start of isaacs life, the doctors, surgeons, nurses, nursery nurses are the people we owe so much to,without there professional care for isaac we wouldnt have him here with us today,so please please help us by donating any amount of money towards new equipment to save more babies like Isaac.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
