I've done it!

Over 400 km in 4 days, 0 punctures, 1 crash, lots of rain, 2 lost jackets, a bit more rain, Biggin Hill, a yellow jersey and much more fun than I expected along the way!

I've managed to meet and exceed my fundraising target but would still love to raise some more money for the charities this is going towards.

I am (stupidly) cycling from Paris to Twickenham next spring. Not only is this stupid because I am currently rather unfit but also because it will be in the winter and I am "not good with the cold" (H. Darbishire c. 2008).

To make my plight even worse it is now December and I have only just purchased my bike, complete with sexy padded cycling shorts.

The upside is that all the dosh I raise will go to a great cause- Dallaglio's Trust and BBC Sport relief which is split between charities such as Help for Heroes, DebRA, leukaemia research and the PRA Benevolent fund.

Please give generously and I will promise to cycle my socks off!
