This year I will be cycling the London to Brighton ride for the 4th time. Yes thats right, 4th time. Why? Simply because I have an OCD about even numbers! I cant rest until I've done something an even amount of times! And so here I am putting myself through the pain and agony of all the hills and long open roads between London and Brighton. I know the pain. And I'm ready for it ... I think. But that pain is nothing compared to the pain families go through when they lose someone. The BHF research heart conditions and help those who want it to improve their lifestyle. But they can only do that with your help.
