I along with many of my colleagues are running the Rock Solid Race on the 20th Septemeber... which if you take a look at it, its not going to be easy! 

We are doing this to raise money for the refurbishment of NGH's Chemotherapy Suite, as at the moment the current room we treat our patients in is a bit drab a dreery. Its never going to be an enjoyable time having chemotherapy, but if we can make it alot more bearable and warm and welcoming then we will. Most of our patients are helping us raise the money we need, but we also need you to help donate and sponsor myself to run this Rock Soild Race. Unfortanatly i do have to say that  1 in 3 of us will at some stage in our lives will sadly have to deal with and go therough treatment for cancer. Please help those who do have to deal with cancer and chemotherapy to have a better experience when having treatment!
