The last 6 years have been fairly tough at times, as many of you who have supported me through this know, but there are a few other people who have kept everything in perspective for me and always made me smile - the many children with disabilities who I have worked with over the last few years. Now I've finally made it through my degree I thought I was about time I did something for them...
Hence the short walk up a little hill!
So starting on 10th July, I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for The SPACE Centre (www.thespacecentre.org) which is a multisensory resource for people with a range of disabilties in the Preston area. I've loved taking children there as a carer but it's in need of a little work so it can continue helping so many people.
