Hi everyone!

I am doing a 5k Xmas fun run on 13th December 2009 and would really like to raise some funds for the Colorectal Research Fund.  This charity does research into bowel cancer, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and, as some of you will know, I have particular personal reasons for wanting to raise funds for this charity.
