On September 4th, Headway Sports andWellbeing Athletics Group will be taking part in our Sponsored Triathlon atTudor Grange, starting at 9.30am until 2.30pm
Each clientwill complete a cycle, swim and awalk/run based on their own personal targets depending on theircurrent ability so it is not a competition but a chance for each individual to shine!
Please joinus for this event as a spectator if you wish. On the day we will have aninformation stall at the leisure centre and will have a medal ceremony at theend.
All proceeds will support the development of the Sports and Wellbeing Department.
