Story
On 14th July 2013 I will be running the British 10k in London for the Alzheimer's Society. As most of you will know I am far from athletic, so completing the run will be a huge achievemet for me, as well as hopefully raising a lot of money for the charity.
One in three people over 65 will develop dementia, with the number of people in the UK with dementia expected to double in the next 40 years. With your help this charity can continue the good work it undertakes and do more for people living with Alzheimer's and the families.
I am raising money for the charity's Live Well Campaign which trains and supports the carers of people with dementia.
Lloyds Banking Group will match any donations I receive up to £500, so please give generously.
