The Big Sleep Out 2009

Biting cold, constant loneliness and rising depression - these are just a few of the everyday hazards that sleeping rough brings. It is hard to even imagen what it feels like to spend the night on the street - but for many people(including children) this is simply a way of life.

This year's Sleep Out takes place on Friday 4th December 2009 from 10pm untill 6am.

Where (myself) Heather Swash and Christina Manning will be experiencing what is it like to sleep out side with no luxurys other than a sleeping bag and cardboard box. Come hail, rain or snow we will complete the time set in order to raise money for this charity.    

Every year CATH (Chester Aid The Homeless) hope to raise enough money to enable them to provide better facilities for homless people in the community, including food, accomodation, education and medical services.
