Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I first heard about the 365 Challenge in my local newspaper and, after losing a close friend to cancer back in Australia only last September, I decided to combine my love of walking with raising funds for Cancer Research.
My challenge is to walk the East Coast of Australia, a distance of 4735km/3000miles over 365 days. Beginning at my home town Geelong, Australia, situated some 53 miles south of Melbourne, to Cape York, the northern most tip of Australia. This challenge is made all the more difficult due to the fact that I am currently living in the UK – therefore I will walk the equivalent distance in and around my local area, Chester, starting on Australia Day (January 26th)
