As some of you may know I am going to northern Italy for 3 months to volunteer in a mentally disabled centre. To raise funds for this I am, along with my friend Lianne Nolan going to be space hopping along the Forth Road Bridge in mid April. Anyone else is welcome to join in the fun as long as and I quote 'we have control of the space hopper at all times' :-).

Mental Health is a major issue in every country and to increase the quality of life and well being of those dealing with it has been a life long ambition and why I entered into the world of psychology. As beauty queen 'world peace' as it sounds I just want to help people. So please help me raise funds for this centre and  help those indivduals who at times may feel isolated and alone become part of a community. And they also get to see my face everyday for 3 months so I am sure that will make a difference as well :-)
