12 weeks ago i couldn't run for a bus , i was inspired by a group of ladies ' the prestwich plodders ' who were all the same as me . 

It took 10 weeks to train to run 5k but i couldnt have done it without these amazing group  ladies . Cancer has effected almost all of us in some form ,as a group we are stronger and we can make a difference.  So PLEASE no matter how little please donate what you can , lets get together be stronger and make a difference
