Hi all

I'm doing a 100 mile bike ride on Saturday starting in Brighton and going up Beachy Head enroute (if it's too tough I could take the quick way down from there!). I'd be very grateful if you could sponsor me a few pounds. Am doing it for the World Land Trust which protects endangered habitats. My training has included eating no sugar (that's no fruit gums, chocolate or strawberry laces!) and no alcohol for a month...so has been very hard work for me!
