Today we leave for Nepal. Thank you to everyone who contributed and it this trip possible while giving girls a chance at their own adventure.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am heading for the beautiful Himalayas in Oct 2013 raising funds for the Girlguiding Centenary fund. Those who know me will know just how much Girlguiding is part of my life and how much I volunteer locally. This is my first BIG adventure and it is one of the most exciting things I have ever signed up for. 

This May 2012 I double my fundraising efforts to include a place for a girl in my area to join me on the trek. In September 2012 a young lady was chosen through the Counties Selection process by a panel of International Guiders. Her name is Lorna and I am thrilled she is coming along. I want to pay for her trip and in turn double my donations to the Centenary fund. A BIG ask, a BIG challenge but nothing ventured, nothing gained right?
