My story
Somehow I've ended up doing this again - so once more I'm asking for your support, which makes such a difference to both me and the wonderful charity I'm running for.
The Art Room helps children and young people in raising their self confidence, esteem, and independence through their involvement in art.
The project is something that my family and I have been supporters of for a number of years. My brother managed to cover 184 miles in aid of the Art Room, so I reckon trundling 26.2 around London is the least I can manage.
This year the Art Room has also welcomed HRH The Duchess of Cambridge as a patron, a fantastic endorsement of the work that they do.
Please give generously, as every donation, no matter the size, is put to good use.
If anyone wants to be there on the day to feed me, cheer me on, or carry me, please do! I'll try and make it to the finish in one piece.
I'm also open to any suggestions for fancy dress / novelty method of completion, within reason...

The Art Room offers art as therapy to children and aged 5-16 using art to raise their self esteem, self confidence and independence. Our aim is to avoid exclusion and help children 'learn and achieve through art' and to help re-engage back in to main stream school.
