Penyfan mountain climb for #TEAMBEN🔺🔺🔺 · 10 September 2017

LATCH supports families affected by childhood cancer get the help and care they need, and never face the journey alone. We are here for hundreds of children each year across Wales, providing them and their families bespoke emotional support, information, practical and financial help. .

Story

March of this year our friends found out the  awful news that there son Ben had a rare form of bone cancer. Ben has been having chemo in the Noah Ark Hospital in Cardiff ,and 2 wks ago had surgery in Birmingham Hospital where he received his donar bone.Ben now faces months of more chemo but throughout all of this the fight and courage he has shown for such a young man is truly amazing. Ben is certainly a hero !

Myself, lindsey, James +Hannah Morgan, Cathrine, James + Jac Williams, Charlotte, Wayne, Ben+ Olivia Evans, Jo +Amy Reilly, Debbie Harris,Elaine Jones ,Sian Davies +Triana. Are all taking on penyfan mountain on September 10th.

Latch is a Welsh based children's charity in the Noah Ark Hospital Cardiff, they have been helping Ben and his family through his treatment and on his road to recovery . So family and friends have decided to organise some events to raise much needed funds for this charity. We are going to climb Penyfan mountain, i know to some of our group this will not be a big challenge. But to a few of us its going to feel like climbing Mount Everest, but we will do this for #TEAMBEN 🔺🔺🔺
