<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #800080;"><br></span></p> <div><span style="color: #800080;">My aim is to take part in one fundraiser a year for a charity of my choice.&nbsp;</span><span style="color: #800080;">This year I was looking for more of a challenge. I cannot take part in sporting fundraisers because of my hip dysplasia so that rules out marathons and climbing Everest!</span></div> <div><span style="color: #800080;"><br></span></div> <p><span style="color: #800080;">As most of my friends and family know, chocolate is my only vice so I have decided to abstain from chocolate for the entire month of May. That may not sound like much of a challenge but I eat a disgusting amount of it (and Nigel is always moaning about the expense!) I previously stopped eating chocolate through using a 'slimpod' but stopped using it some months ago. This time around I am going to do it with sheer willpower and encouragement from YOU!</span></p> <p><span style="color: #800080;">For every &pound;1 that is raised over and above my &pound;100 target I will abstain for an extra day.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #800080;">The money will be going to Barnardo's as it's a charity that is very close to my heart and it is in memory of my beloved Grandad and Nanna.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="color: #800080;">I like to think that in my own way I'm paying Barnardo's back for the help that they gave my Grandad all those years ago.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #800080;">Please dig deep, every penny really does count, and I will be incredibly grateful for all that is raised for such an important cause.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #800080;">&nbsp;<em>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
