This will be my second year running the 8k Undercliff Run for RISE - the Women's Refuge Project.  RISE is an independent charity which provides vital services for women and children affected by domestic abuse.  As a charity, it relies on donations to keep going so raising as much as possible with this run is really important.

Last year it rained non stop for the whole run, so this year, as well as donating to support me, please pray to the weather gods for sunshine!!
