Hi Everyone,

 

For some unknown reason Im attempting the Great North Run 2009 and need your help raising money for my chosen charity Team Depaul which help homeless children and kids that have taken the wrong path in life make a new start.

Needless to say as normal I have left everything to the last minute...including training so this is going to be very hard!

I attempted my first training session this morning and was horrified when I realised what felt like 6 miles wasnt even a mile so I have a long way to go and would value all of your support for this worth while charity.
