Story

Myself and five other colleagues from the Spinal Injuries Association, aptly named Team Awesome, are planning raise awareness and funds for the charity by completing a 4 mile wheelchair circuit at Blenheim Palace on 8 May. Currently we have myself, Hayley, Jen and Jackie taking part in wheelchairs and Joy and Claire are going to run a 7k circuit.

Myself, Hayley and Jen are not used to being in wheelchairs at all, so it could be very interesting indeed! Jackie is used to being in my chair but is using the event to improve her fitness! Therefore this is going to be a massive challenge for all of us. You may catch glimpses of us all practising in wheelchairs around Milton Keynes over the next few weeks – so if you fancy a laugh come and watch us 
