In August this year  some other lovely ladies and gents and I, will be travelling to BORNEO to Sarawak, where we will be volunteering at an orang-utan sanctuary. Orang-utans are really quite endangered and are one of our closest relatives, they are struggling because much of their natural habitat has been destroyed and they have been hunted extensively. We are also travelling to the island POM POM where we will be camping on the beach, so that we can observe and conserve the endangered turtles that nest there.

All I’m asking is that you perhaps donate a few pounds – ALL OF WHICH – Goes directly to the charities affiliated with the two conservation projects

(globalteer, the orang-utan projects and WWF)

It will really make a difference
